This means that another school, a girls school are on there way! Lead by Muriel Whitchurch who is unimpressed by the introduction of these boys to her innocent girls. Things get worse when the parents decide to visit and the school board also wants to make sure Pond is up to the job. The boys have to be shuffled one way, the girls have to be shuffled the other way and a comedy of chaos and confusion ensures...

In this period the film landscape in Britian was focused on comedy films. This fun battle of boys vs girls is a piece of great sending up. This being both the template for St Trinians and Ronald Searles translated book to screen, you expect fun. Having Alastiar Sim and Margeret Rutherford in attendance, you know you are on to gold. This is great fun and you should be over the moon with love for this humor. The only real downside is the extras or lack of them. The disc has no content and it is dire. The visual transfer is beautiful, sound is clean but the disc is lacking to be honest. No solid extras and only a few interviews by a group of people that have some good points, lacks care....is it worth the money? Yep...
